Return and exchange
Since all our garments are made to order, we have a strict no-return policy.
However, in the event that you receive a damaged product, please contact us on Helloruhelle@gmail.com and we will assist you with the same. In the event that you face a sizing issue, we can either process an exchange or schedule a fitting/alteration.
Please note, in order to be eligible for an exchange, you are required to contact us regarding the same within 3 days of receiving your order.
To process an exchange:
1. Contact us on helloruhelle@gmail.com or on +91 92208 24049 within 48 hours of receiving your order
2. If the reason for exchange proves valid, we’ll send you detailed instructions on where and how to send your package.
Please note, all freight charges are to be covered by the customer unless mentioned otherwise. We do not accept any form of exchange/returns on custom orders.
